1. Registration and Payment

Registration for the TYFU program is confirmed once payment has been received and a participant has been allocated to either a cohort workshop or private coaching session.

2. Refund Policy

  • Cohort Workshops: Participants may request a full refund up until the commencement of the first session. Once the first session has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

  • Private Coaching: Participants may request a refund if they cancel with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.

3. Participant Substitution

  • Cohort Workshops: If the originally registered participant is unable to attend prior to the first session, the purchasing organisation may nominate an alternative participant to take their place, subject to availability. Once the program has commenced, substitutions are not permitted.

  • Private Coaching: The registered participant may nominate an alternative participant with at least 72 hours’ notice. Substitutions within 72 hours of the session are not permitted.

4. Session Schedule and Changes

TYFU reserves the right to reschedule session dates, adjust times, or make reasonable changes to the format of cohort workshops or private coaching sessions. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably possible. TYFU will make reasonable efforts to ensure participants can attend a future session or cohort where available.

5. Participant Conduct and Community Guidelines

Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, supportive, and confidential environment during cohort workshops, private coaching sessions, and within the private community platform. TYFU reserves the right to remove participants if behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Confidentiality and Safe Space

All TYFU programs, whether cohort workshops or private coaching, and the private participant community are designed to provide a safe, respectful, and confidential environment for participants navigating career transitions. Participants agree that all discussions, personal stories, and shared experiences remain confidential. Information must not be shared outside the program without explicit permission.

7. Privacy and Non-Reporting to Employer

Discussions, personal stories, questions, or reflections shared during cohort workshops, private coaching, and in the private community will not be reported back to the employer. Participants can share openly, knowing their contributions remain private within the program.​

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

TYFU provides workshops, private coaching, resources, and career transition support to help participants navigate job loss and explore future opportunities. While we aim to provide practical and helpful guidance, we do not guarantee employment outcomes or job placement.

 

Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions. Use of any program is at the participant’s own risk. TYFU is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including lost profits, business interruptions, or reliance on information provided by others.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information and guidance only and may change without notice. TYFU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
